Saddleman

I wish I had a horse today
And a small patch of this world
To myself; green fields and a breeze
And a Jim Croce song to sing.
Nothing to hang back on,
And not a single soul to turn to
I wish my horse would take me
To a nowhere that I've always dreamt of :
A blue and white stream for company,
With just enough light winged swans
To a land east of these sunsets
To a journey that never ends.
