I wonder what leads to a poem
For I'm not, never was a poet;
Poets deal with infinities
Eternity resides within them
I, am a mere observer
My poems are mirrors of shame.
I am only what my ears allow me to be,
Nothing more than the surrounding I see;
I am an amalgamate of the people I love
And thus there isn't any purity in me.
I wonder what poems are for
All my poems are mere metaphors.
For I'm not, never was a poet;
Poets deal with infinities
Eternity resides within them
I, am a mere observer
My poems are mirrors of shame.
I am only what my ears allow me to be,
Nothing more than the surrounding I see;
I am an amalgamate of the people I love
And thus there isn't any purity in me.
I wonder what poems are for
All my poems are mere metaphors.
