I looked out through my window. Again.
The sky, if there was such a thing at all,
Was dark, but with dusts of hope sprinkled all over.
Some had a blue tinge, some suffered from red
Some appeared white or yellow, but nothing great.
Then I strained my eyes.
For the first time.
And there was in my sky,
A solitary green apparition of light.
I walked out, leaving the walls behind
In a landscape of snow,
Towards darkness, alright.
For I had always known
I was destined to walk, hand-in-hand
With a murderous night.
And where did we go?
Into the darkness of eternal motion
Searching together
For that green, out-of-sense reality.
For it challenged us,
And brought us down to our knees.
But we had gone too far,
And there was no sand beneath our feet.
Any more.
On this ocean of madness we float
Still hand-in-hand, like lost lovers.
We swim on ancient waves
And sing to each other.
Disturbances we create in our wake, leave us
For better or for worse, but never to return.
Me, and my night,
Entwined in a murder of lights,
Calmly smile
At fluctuations. Of time.
Fluctuations of time. Daarun!
